Shipping & Returns Policy
Orders are processed within 1 business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Free FedEx 2Day® shipping is available on orders over $200. Free FedEx Standard Overnight® shipping is available on orders over $500.
All products are vacuum-sealed and shipped in insulated packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged shipment.
International orders are accepted. However, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments.
Peptide Chemists is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier after shipment. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
